NO C.O.D. SHIPMENTS ON LIVE FISH 

Customers must pay for fish, freight, and shipping container in advance.  We accept check, money order or credit cards.  Kansas customers add 5.9% sales tax. 

We ship UPS next day air to your business or residence.  Kansas residents shipped next day ground freight.

We CAN NOT ship to a box number.  We MUST have an address, day time and night time phone number.

GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

WE GUARANTEE LIVE DELIVERY.  If any problems occur we will replace the order only once.  We replace fish only. No cash refunds.  Customer is responsible for freight and container.

We require an authorized signature on receiving bill from UPS.

Guarantee and Warranty will be null and void if we are not notified of any death losses upon arrival at destination.

If any fish are lost, freeze them in a plastic bag and keep as proof of loss.  If you are called on for the fish and do not have them then this would void any replacement warranty.
